Michael Burrows

After 30+ years of property insurance claims experience, Michael Burrows is currently a Project Manager for Rainbow Restoration by Shrock Premier.  He is a valued member of the Rainbow team and brings to the table a hardworking, positive energy, plus a fun sense of humor. His professional daily goal is to continually expand his job knowledge and improve efficiency. Some of the many challenges of Michael's job include very tight deadlines and guarding the budget when completing insurance-related projects. He admits that it takes creativity to stay within those parameters; however, the job is always done right, and the customer is very satisfied. 

Michael graduated from Ohio State University (Go Bucks!) with a BSBA in Economics. He was once an extremely dedicated Cleveland Browns fan; however, after they abandoned Ohio in 1995 for Baltimore, that “traumatizing event” caused Mike to swear off all professional sports!!  Michael has been married for almost 40 years and has four adult children. Family gatherings are more difficult now since they all live in different states, but it is a cherished time when they can all get together. He also enjoys running and mountain biking.
