Joseph Shrock

Joseph Shrock is a true businessman. He is proud that the Shrock Family of Companies is firmly rooted in the Christian faith and Amish tradition. His companies uphold a code of values including respect for others, integrity, customer focus, and having fun throughout the process! His vision for his companies is to be a place where gratitude, loyalty, and a positive attitude are expressed and where daily challenges become opportunities. He desires himself and his team to use our God-given talents to be of service to our families, our customers, and our community.

Joseph Shrock began in the building industry as a teenager with his father, Melvin. He officially acquired the family company in 1984 with the goal of transforming it into a first-class, superior custom construction company. Rainbow International has been a leading nationwide restoration company since the early 1980’s. Joseph saw Rainbow as a natural extension of an already successful construction business.  In 2009, Rainbow Restoration by Shrock Premier was established. Customers needing restoration services now have the peace of mind and convenience of using one source with many skilled experts to complete their project—a marriage of convenience!
