Mark, a Wayne County resident, is Rainbow Restoration’s water mitigation specialist and has been working in the water mitigation field since 2007. He is here to answer all your questions and wants you to know that the Rainbow team is on your side 24/7.   Mark and the crew will work quickly to control and restore water damage done to your home or business.  It is his goal that a client’s home or business will be even better than before after the Rainbow Restoration work is complete. 

Along with hands-on field experience, Mark has gained classroom experience learning new methods and skills through the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration. These courses cover all aspects of the water damage and mitigation processes and procedures. Mark has also received throughout his career various other valuable restoration certifications.  He is Rainbow Restoration’s mold remediation expert and is hands-on with continual training for all of the mitigation and restoration technicians. 

When disaster strikes, Rainbow is there no matter what time of day or night. Mark helped to implement an efficient on-call schedule for after-hours and weekends. He is very passionate about his work and strives to ensure that high-quality standards are met for each and every customer.  Helping people in their time of need, giving them back a product of value and excellence is what Rainbow Restoration by Shrock Premier is all about.
